Is there a way to turn all the selected snap features off/on without going into the Snap Mode dialog display and deselecting/selecting each one individually?

I don't think there is, but I think having something like a "Snap Presets" option would be good so you could select different configurations for different tasks.

Potentially worth putting an enhancement request in

In previous versions there used to be buttons on the ribbon for each snap which could be toggled there and then while in another command and without needing to do into snap dialog. This has been removed unless I'm wrong? 

Best would be using the function keys on the keyboard to toggle the various snaps. This could be an option turned on in the settings.

Feature request? 

Yes, probably so.  However, coming from an autocad background, I like being able to completely turn all my snaps off by selecting one button then all back on again with the same presets.  I usually set my snap features and don't change them unless certain circumstances come up.  I will try to post an feature request this week.
