Can Earthworks accept an alignment with surface to carry station and offset

    Can Earthworks accept an alignment with a surface so you are able to get station and offset.  It was my understanding that originally Earthworks could not do this.

     

    i know you can do this with GCS900 and have done it several time, but mostly Earthworks is being sold.

    Yes Earthworks can use a Surface and an Alignment, with the current exception that the creation of the DSZ file does not currently support Station Equations from TBC. Earthworks now supports Station Equations, but that is not supported in the current release of TBC. My guess is however you could put a GCS900 SVD./SVL in the DSZ zip file and it would work with Earthworks.
