TBC in Amazon Work Space

    This past week we started moving to AWS and when we installed TBC it seemed to go just fine. When we tried using it, not so fine. The program opens without an issue, but when opening or creating a job, an error window shows. Screen clip attached. Has anyone else tried using TSC in an AWS environment? If so did you have this issue andhow did you overcome it?

    This continues to be a problem for us, and this has no response from Trimble. Has anyone else had issues with TBC installs on AWS? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't see your error message attachment anymore. Maybe explain your situation better?  Is the program being installed on internet based servers?  Or are you installing the program on your laptop, but the license (network) is being housed on a virtual license server?
