TBC v5.0 really miss Layer options command.

    TBC v5.0 really miss Layer options command. Being able to highlight and regroup layers without having to identify the layer within layer manager was very useful. Can we put the command back in?.......also at least highlight the selected layer in the layer manager.

    We're working them Dave. Maybe not to get the Layer Options command back, but to get some minor changes so that the Manager works more like Options did.

    I brought this issue up during the BETA testing to include LAYER OPTIONS.  it is very frustrating to have a command from near the beginning of the product to be removed and one of its important functions not be included in the new better update version.  Layer Options for my group is in the critical path of cleaning and sorting the data, let alone making it easy to alter all layer settings by selecting an object.  I experienced a shutdown in my process the first time I used TBC 5.0, when i could not easily manipulate layer issues by selecting an object.  It took me about 10 years before I use BC-HCE, when they added LAYER GROUPS i got on board and never looked back.  Well, moving to a new version is supposed to improve workflow not hinder it.  So I guess I will wait and see what happens.  I could have said more, but lets leave it at this.

    Layer option function! Amazing how you can miss such a simple command. I know there has been revisions to the layer manager, but it still not as quick as the old layer option. I'm running 5.0, but do my clean up in 4.12 for the sole reason of the layer option function. Please consider putting it back in the program.
