I have had BC locking up on me an unusual amount of times recently. 7 times in the last 4 hours of working.I am running Ver. 5.20. Anyone else having this issue? Perhaps some light could be shed on why. It's becoming very frustrating and i am tired of reworking my data back from my save point. I will attach my project here. I am getting no exception message at all. Just stops working and freezes.

In order to determine what the problem might be we need to know the steps to reproduce the problem with the data set you included above.  If you have imported data use the "Archive Project" to zip all of the data into one file.  I have loaded your data and don't see anything suspicious.

When this happens open task manager and note the CPU usage.  Occasionally we find a spot where the program is doing the same operation an unexpected number of times and it should finish at some point in the future.  When this happens the CPU usage for TBC will be high.

You data set draws much faster when you toggle Show all lines as solid on.

I was manually and individually selecting and deleting data at kind of a fast pace but i didn't think that fast when it has been locking up. Just select, right click, delete.The only way to get the program working was to open task manager and end the task. I will see what the usage is next time it happens as i don't remember now. I double checked my file and i have all my lines as solid.

Thanks.  That gives me the images etc.  I made a lot of deletes and no

problems so far.  I would suggest that you update your graphics driver.  If

you get an exception message please send it to me.

I found my problem Tim,

The original .dwg sent to me was a compressed file and I didn't catch it. I re imported it extracted and so far have no problems. I will keep you posted if I see anything different or it happens again. Also it is much more responsive now.I also noticed my cooling fans running a lot more and now they aren't.
