Is there a TBC equivalent command to center a corridor plot when the main alignment, project alignment or reference alignment is not actual CL of the corridor.  

There is a Centerline Offset function in the Cross Section Plotting Settings - it doesn't center only does a constant offset to the Centerline, the Corridor Centerline is automatically the center of the Sections otherwise - the offset can be found in the Cross Section Layout Tab of the Editor as shown below

So you have a Centerline and your Max offsets to Left and Right are uneven but at the selected scale you want to have the Centerline in the middle of the cross Section - Is that what you are asking? SO let's say you have 100' to Right and 60' to left but you want the Centerline in the middle of the section or at a specified offset to the middle of the section / column

The way to achieve this is to create a Corridor polygon Boundary around your OG and ad it to the surface as a Surface Boundary to limit its width (the widest surface for the model) that is eg 100' and 100' left and right of the Alignment - that sets the cross section width and will center the alignment in the middle of the section as a result - you will likely have to plot at a smaller scale than the automated way as you now need 200' width of section instead of 160' but to get all your HAL locations at the center this is the way that I would do it
