We have a number of network licenses for TBC. Our users using v4.0 or older (they drug their feet in updating) have zero issues with obtaining licensing. Three users that have upgraded to v4.1 cannot pull a license from the network. When you attempt to open the sentinel admin control center, it gives an error.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a solution? Suggestions?
