1) When you import these CSV Files use the Import Command and set the Importer to look in the folder where the CSV Files are placed.
2) When you see the CSV Files in the Importer they should say Station Offset Elevation File Type - if for any reason they do not say that then you can select the file, right click and "Set File Type" and you should be able to change it to Station Offset Elevation - Mine worked fine for me
3) When you select one of the files - look at the base of the Importer - there are two settings - the first allows you to choose whether you want to create Points or Stored Cross Sections from the imported data - you may want both of course - if so then you can import the file 2x to achieve that. Either way you will get a Surface Model made from the imported data as well as the Points or the Stored Cross Sections.
4) The second setting states whether or not the import file has Point IDs in Column 1 or not. Sometimes we get Point ID, Station, Offset, Elevation, Description and sometimes just Station, Offset, Elevation, Description - you have to set this setting correctly for the file type that you have (because a Point ID will give crazy Stations if read incorrectly etc.)
Once set up correctly, the files imported first time for me in 5.00.02 Version of TBC- here is the Project File that I created from your data.
If you drag and drop the files - it will use whatever the last used settings were for this importer - and if the Point ID was set to No and your files have Point ID they will not import.
