Trimble Business Center

I get an error when trying to experiment with custom reports using  the docx functionality.  It happens after hitting the edit layout button.  Here is a screenshot.   Do I need something additional installed on my machine?  Thanks,  David.

Are you by any chance using Office 365 - if yes that is not a supported version of Word - it has to be a specific version range of word above I think 2014 but not Office 365 - I have this issue personally as I have a new PC with Office 365 and my old version of Word predates the date required - but it looks to me like that may be your issue

I am not sure why Office 365 is not supported, but it is something to do with the Macro enablement is not fully supported in 365 that is in the original Word.

If you are not using Office 365 let me know and I will see if someone at Trimble can diagnose the exception that you are seeing.

Thanks for the help Alan.  Yes, My company does use office 365.  I will read the release notes and help system.  Maybe I will give the RDLC report a try instead.  Have a great weekend!
