Trimble Business Center

I have a guy here at the office who is trying to export his CF Map into Google Earth but every time he includes the CF Map TBC throws an error and will not execute. I tried doing the same thing on my computer starting some scratch then creating the CF Map and try to export to google earth with the same results. I even tried using the isopach but it still threw the error. I deselect the CFMap/Isopach and im able to export the linework without a hitch.  Has anyone else encountered the same problem? 

TBC will not let you select a C/F Surface and export it to a KML. You have to do Image>Capture. it will then generate a KML with the whatever you captured on your screen.
