my TBC 3.40 sends an error message when i import Rinex data specifically the ".16n" extension. How can i solve this?

    when i import just the ".160" it loads but can't compute since there are no ephemeris

    download Trimble ephemeris with internet download tool in TBC or brdc from ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gnss/data/daily/2017/brdc/
