    We have done scans on numerous jobs, but on my last 2 jobs my scans haven't come with the data in trimble business center. We have the SX10 and the scans show up on my data collector, but they are not coming when we are importing into TBC.

    scans and job or jxl file must be on the same directory to be corectly imported...

    I have had issues with scans importing into TBC and after several days of working in TBC on a project (adjustments, FC fixing, other edits) the scans disappear completely. They show in the list but when you click on properties for them the number of scan points is zero. I think I have narrowed it down to a broken link between the .sdb file and the .vce; however, I have found no way to fix that link. I have submitted the data to Trimble through my vendor, but have not heard anything yet. 

    Possibly this is what you are encountering? I have encountered this with 3 different computers and 2 different editions of TBC.
