Trimble Access V21.00 converter?

    I just updated my Access software to V21.00 and am now getting an error in TBC that says the conversion is not supported. My TBC version is 5.40 (5.40.7650.15656) and when I check for updates nothing more is available. Has anyone else had this issue? The error message on TBC says my converter version is 2020.

    So as I understand it you updated TA and when you attempt to import a .job file into TBC you get the unsupported error.

    You probably have to run Trimble Installation Manager on the importing computer. You want to install "Office Updates". I think that will fix your problem.

    If you saw my previous post on this same issue, just keep checking for updates and a remote device manager update file might show up. A workaround until then is to export JXL out of TA2021 and import that into TBC.

    If the TA 2021 job converters are not installed in the current Remote Device Manager updater then your options are:
    (a.) Run TIM as mentioned above.
    (b.) Download the converters from the Trimble Access page on the Trimble Geospatail website:
    https://geospatial.trimble.com/trimble-access
    From here go into Downloads - Trimble Access, then select Download the Update Office Software package for Trimble Access. Select and install Update Office Software for Trimble Access v2021.00, February, 2021.
