Thanks Marian for your tip!
I tried it, but TBC always suffers a run-time error (see attachment) when I try to import the geo-referenced image with legend.
I will describe in short the circumstances of this run-time error:
I already have in my project a georeferenced mosaic (in TIFF format, import was/is problem free) which covers area of interest
(where waste reservoir is located for which we have to determine the volume).
So, based on your advice I created a simple planar surface, did a capture of the legend in the
plan (2D) view and saved it as a georeferenced image in TIFF format. Then, I tried to import
the georefrenced TIFF image containing the legend and got the above mentioned run-time error.
Then, I repeated the same steps, just I saved the georeferenced image in JPG format and tried to import it.
This was
the only one, when the import was successful. But, I was not satisfied with the JPG picture, therefore
I created a plotbox for limited capture and again, I saved it as georeferenced JPG image (of coarse, first,
I deleted the previous georeferenced JPG picture with legend from the project and recomputed the project).
Then, I imported the new georeferenced JPG picture containing legend with some limits and got the run-time error
(see attachment). I tried it several times - got always the same run-time error.
As can be seen at the beginning ofthe run-time error message (highlighted in yellow), it tells that an item with the same
key has already been added.
If I understand the message properly, although I deleted the first JPG file with legend and recomputed the project, it has
probably a record in its database that there is already the same JPG and this could cause the problem
(remember - I did NOT removed my georeference TIFF orthophoto file from the project, since I need it - see the second attachment).
Is there a solution of such problem?
Thanks in advance for your consideration!

Do a screenshot of your legend. Use CAD -> Capture
Create surface where you would like you legend to be. Simple planar rectangle will do.
Import georeferenced JPG with your legend.
Add the JPG to simple planar surface.
Please note: Legend in 3D is set in stone, will not change.

Subject: TBC v5.52 - Add Legend for a surface in 3D view
Hello to everyone,
I would like to know whether it is even possible to add LEGEND (from SURFACE/LEGEND) to a surface displayed in 3D View (see attachment).
I tried it with no success. In 2D View (Plan View) all is OK (see the 2nd attachment).
Questions:
1. Which mathematical method/procedure (its name) is used to compute volume between two previously created/defined surfaces
when I run Earthwork Report in the Surface section?
2. Which mathematical method/procedure (its name) is used to compute volume when the option Measure/Volume Grid in the Quick Ribbon is used
and what´s the main difference between them (what is more precise)?
