Trimble Business Center

I am successful in using the Trimble ASCII File Generator utility on my work laptop (Windows 10), but I am unable to use the utility when it is installed on Windows Server 2019. I have tried running it in compatibility mode with no luck. I have a program that needs to call this utility via the command line to convert a .job file to a .jxl file, but I am unable to get the program to work correctly. Has anybody ran into this problem before? If so, what did you do to fix it?

No error is given when running it via the command line, but below is the error I get when I try to run it directly from the program. I can also verify that the test1.job file does convert to a JXL file successfully when ran in Trimble ASCII File Generator on my Windows 10 laptop.

So it appears that all I needed to run before using the ASCII File Generator utility was to run the Trimble Update Office Software for Trimble Access installer found here:  https://www.trimble.com/support_trl.aspx?Nav=Collection-84865

After installing this, the program functioned correctly.
