I'm using Office Synchronizer Version 2.07.7807.32548 and cannot get batch sync to work correctly.
I select the devices I want to sync and press "synchronize", it'll sync the first one that is selected, then rapidly scroll down the list and sync the last one (sometimes it doesn't even do this), skipping everything that was selected in the middle but still acting like nothing went wrong.
If I sync them one at a time it works fine but I don't want to have to manually sync 16 devices every time I need to do this.
I saw in an older post that reverting to version 2.04 might be a fix but why would I have to revert to an older version for functionality that is still advertised in the newest version?
Is Office Synchronizer still a supported product?
Is there an easier workflow for syncing all device data en masse to a local computer?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: 2.04 does indeed have a working batch sync. However, my devices are listed in a seemingly random order rather than alphabetical as in new versions. This makes it a pain to select the ones I want.
