Trimble Business Center

I'm using Office Synchronizer Version 2.07.7807.32548 and cannot get batch sync to work correctly.
I select the devices I want to sync and press "synchronize", it'll sync the first one that is selected, then rapidly scroll down the list and sync the last one (sometimes it doesn't even do this), skipping everything that was selected in the middle but still acting like nothing went wrong.
If I sync them one at a time it works fine but I don't want to have to manually sync 16 devices every time I need to do this.

I saw in an older post that reverting to version 2.04 might be a fix but why would I have to revert to an older version for functionality that is still advertised in the newest version?
Is Office Synchronizer still a supported product?
Is there an easier workflow for syncing all device data en masse to a local computer?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: 2.04 does indeed have a working batch sync. However, my devices are listed in a seemingly random order rather than alphabetical as in new versions. This makes it a pain to select the ones I want.

This has been a problem for at least 6 months and still hasn't been fixed. I had to get an older version from our sitech dealer and use that. Make sure to save it because anytime you update trimble, it will update office synchronizer too and you'll be back with the same problem. 
  
It's funny because this newer version added the "check all" button to the program, but you can't even bath sync with it at all.

I was able to get 2.04 from the Trimble Docushare page: https://forms.trimble.com/globalTRLTAB.aspx?nav=Collection-51337
I will definitely be saving the zip though incase that page ever goes away and they still haven't fixed this problem in the newest version.

Batch sync quit working for us around October of 2021.  We migrated over to Worksmanager with hopes of having consistent syncs, but this platform doesn't work 100% either.  All frustrations around this have already been voiced on this forum, so unfortunately everyone is just going to have to deal with published designs not showing up on controllers for sometimes hours, designs coming back after deleted,  designs showing up on the controller, but not on Worksmanager, no automatic generation of record.txt files and other things.  Just plan on going back and fort between the controller folders and TCC, fixing issues by hand and having that feeling like your reinventing the wheel every time.  This is the new normal.
