Changing Point Elevation

    I'm not sure why I can't figure this out. If I import a .csv of points, why can't I change the point elevation? Is it a setting that is locking me out? I can see why they would lock this out, but I also want the option of changing them.

    One thing to add.  If you drag and drop, it will use the last method of CSV import weather it be control or unknown type.  I rather go to the import command and import the points.  this way you know the type and can pick which layer to import them into.
