backwards work order from scratch??

A few weeks ago i exported 5 work orders (drain, sewer, electric, water, gas topo points) to .dxf to plot on a CAD drawing.  Yesterday my Yuma 2 tablet deciced it no longer wanted to load windows on start-up and just get stuck in a horrible loop of booting and restarting.  I have no access to the data on that for the time being except for the 5 separate dxf files from a few weeks ago.
I got a rental unit today while mine is being repaired.  I have loaded the design lines/surface but i can not figure out how to add points to a work order.
is there a way to create a work order in TBC that has my exported points in the correct way so i can put them in my data collector and see them in their proper work orders?
    so far i have tried:
1: export dxf shots to a csv file.  cut/paste the csv into the output folder in the corresponding work order "output" folder.
2: turned the same csv into a txt file and tried it again

i can make the shots a design. i can make the shots into stake points.  but i cant make them into a work order so i can just see the few drain shots i want and not all 5 sets of shots at once.
i set the job up in TBC.  i add my design and surface. i add the control points. the controller. but the work order tab doesnt have a way to add data. you can just create the work order and name it

    Sean

The work order only stores measured topo shots or staked point information in a SPG/SPJ file.

If you are trying to find out where you stopped or something, loading you points/data into a design should help you understand where you left off.

But you loading a dxf, CSV or any other file type into a Work Order will no benefit you
