Point Cloud Import Error

    I'm starting to get the following error message when dealing with any point cloud information (importing raw data and opening any previous work completed). Any help with this very much appreciated

    Hey Mike

    I'll share this info with the TBC engineering team. Unfortunately I cannot see this error on my end when importing raw point cloud data into TBC. This issue could be data specific. Can you share your dataset to allow us to investigate further?

    Hello Mike,

    could you please try to answer these questions?

    • What are your computer specs? Specifically, the CPU, GPU models, and the amount of RAM?
    • Is your GPU driver up to date?
    • What operating system do you run? Windows 10/Windows 11/Windows Server?
    • Do you use TBC on your machine natively, or do you try to access it via a remote connection/virtual machine workflow?

    Hello, I am now also getting these types of message when importing point clouds from UAV type processing.  It is hit and miss when i will get the error. 

    I posted today in the Threads of this community also, and as I noted, I will share an image of the error message when i can.
