Good day,

I have to generate a point cloud from different pictures taken by a dji. I have to create an ortophoto mosaic data, generate the 3d surface and finally calculate the volume (I have to do all these operations with TBC software).

I have already done all of these things with the photogrammetry tutorial online and the result was really good.

I have tryed to do the same with my pictures taken by a dji drone.
I have done a survey with a sps985L so I have the control fields file format .excel
But here there is the problem: I don’t have a flight mission file format .jxl and without this file I can’t do any operations on tbc.

Do you know what kind of file is the DJI flight mission? Does TBC read it?

Do you know how is possible to convert the dji flight mission in .jxl?
 
I need to know it because I would like to sell trimble stratus program but the necessary key is: the final costumers have to work just with TBC software. No Arcgis, no photoscan /agisoft ecc.

stefano.presezzi@40sitech-italia.it It is not possible to convert diji data to a .jxl. TBC does includes UAS Master. UAS Master is able to read data from third party UAV's including a diji drone. 

The 'Send to UAS Master' command in TBC allows you to set-up up a coordinate system in TBC, import your GCP's in TBC, then transfer the coordinate system information and GCP's to UAS Master when running the 'Send to UAS Master' command. In UAS Master you can state that you are using a diji camera (should be available in a drop down list when stating what type of camera you are using) import the images from the DIJI camera, and perform an absolute adjustment and create point clouds in UAS Master. From there you can transfer the point clouds back to TBC where you can continue to use TBC function to perform your tasks.

Would you be able to send the tutorial on to me as well? I have access to TBC but am using a DJI. I made a great orthomosaic and point cloud using Pix4D and exported 4 different file types and will try to import them into TBC. I don't have a lot of faith that it will work but it's worth trying.
