freezing

    Every time i turn on the device this happens and i cannot fix it please i searched a lot and the closest Trimble shop is miles away from my place please help me and i lost one of the cables but i do not think that is the problem on the back it says direct reflex DR200+ 5500-series and on the box it says 5000 series if you can help please  send email to gesodesysurveying@gmail.com

    Are you still having trouble with this device? Have you contacted a Trimble Support Representative? I am sorry that we cannot give you much guidance in this software forum.
