Cannot classify point clouds

  • 1.  Cannot classify point clouds

    What would cause point clouds being unable to be classified?  I tried data from a different project and it classified. I even installed an update graphics driver. This happened in v5.21 and then 5.40.1 that I just updated to. Cross posted to the TBC forum.

    I had the same thing happen yesterday from an X7 point cloud. I could not find "the requirements defined in the documentation". I ended up manually classifying it.

    Are you classifying the indoor or outdoor point cloud regions? I wonder if the fact that the project appears to have both indoor and outdoor regions is causing problems with the classification algorithms.

    I was using the outdoor classification. Scan was done outside only, but did catch some interior through the windows. 

    I finally got it to work by selecting part of of the points, instead of all.
