TBC V5.4 Opening Error

    Hi All,

    We have a new laptop that we have installed V5.4 onto, but when I run the software the following error come up. We have run cleanup several times and have searched for the file and it can be found.

    Does anybody have any ideas?

    I have seen this a few times from users - when I call to go over the issue I do a deinstall and reinstall from scratch. There is a point in the install where the installer wants to restart but it does give you the option to do that later and if you do it later it seems to cause this issue. Always let the installer restart your PC if it wants to do so and normally that fixes the issue for me at least.

    Try and run a repair on all of the c++ components you have installed.  That worked for me, no thanks to trimble.
