@Hendrik HerzogAs of 5.52 no fixes, just workarounds.
Try like this:
1) Prepare your plot by right clicking on the "Sheet Set" and selecting "Build Sheets"
2) Go to "Sheet View" for each of your newly prepared sheets
3) Select all and export as DWG
4) Go to free AutoDesk DWG Viewer and print it
5) Raster images, some of the smart text and "dynaviews within dynaviews" will be lost.
6) As an additional bonus file size will drop dramatically. For me 10 pages plotted from TBC take 25MB, same content plotted from AutoCad 1.5MB.

Thanks Everyone,
I've submitted a case to Construction Support to get this escalated to the TBC team for investigation.
I'll keep you posted as soon as I get a response.

I have the same issue and it seems to be only text that is of the true type font. I use both stroke and true type in my sheets and stroke doesn't get bold.

I recently updated from V5.32 to V5.40.1 and am noticing that the text font style appears to be changing from regular to bold when plotting to pdf?
Is there a setting that needs to be changed?
Has anyone experienced this issue?
