    How can I convert a 2D drawing to 3D,
    how to give texture, that is, how to give it volume so I can take it to Tekla and export it as IFC

    TBC cannot export a IFC yet.

    Look at the tools available in the ANZ toolbox. You create simple 3d solids and export as IFC.
