2024.00 can not save point cloud data to network drive

    Hi All,

    we have issue saving TBC job with point cloud data to network drive? Specifically Synology NAS.

    This issue does not appear when there is no space character in the file path.  

    Anyone with the same issue?

    This was not a problem in 2023 version.

    Yes, seeing the same although it doesn't matter for me if there are spaces in the path.

    Seeing multiple issues.

    Can't dragndrop an Access job with scan data, get write error but normal job works.

    If I open a project with scan data and save it, it can also produce an error and afterwards all cloud regions are completely empty and can't be restored.

    Currently the safest way to work with point clouds and 2024 is to work on the local drive.

    Which in my case it is anyway. I've only mapped a Sharepoint folder as drive. Sharepoint synching is disabled during the day.

    We are having the same issues with 2024 writing to Synology NAS if the project has any scan data.  Had no issue until we updated to 2024.01.  Trimble support has been notified but no response.  Are work around is saving to a workstation that is being backed up and wait for a fix.  No Good!
