You won't get a 19 digit code for a TBC Trial subscription, although you can request one from your local Trimble Dealer. I assume you signed up for the trial from:

You should have got an email with the following instructions:
Sign In-Launch TBC, sign in with your Trimble Identity (TID), select the Support tab, and click on License Manager on the far right. Then you simply select Subscription from the License Type dropdown menu and click OK or Apply.
If the subscription isn't appearing try hitting the refresh button to the right of the Subscription field. If it still doesn't work, maybe try requesting the trial license again. If it still fails then try contacting your dealer for the 30 day demo 19 digit code.

If you were given a 19-digit code, you need to switch off of Subscription as the license type and use Perpetual Software. Then Create a key and paste the code.
