    Hello Ingi,

    The best option to investigate your issue would be if you could send us the content of your temporary processing folder.

    The temporary processing folder can be found on your computer at:

    C:\Users\LOGIN-NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\uasbox

    LOGIN-NAME is the name that you use to log in to your computer.

    You will need to check this folder during your TBC Photogrammetry processing or when it stops or crashes (do not close TBC if possible). Go to the temporary folder.

    Either you create from all files and folders a ZIP, or ...

    ... in case you cannot upload this size then send us the following files:

    You will always find a general log file, using the following naming convention:

    <DATE>-<TIME>_EN_uasbox.log (e.g. 20220408-162007_EN_uasbox.log)

    Please copy and attach always this log file.

    For issues with your Adjustment you will find one of these folders, with the related log file naming:

    • [01-Input] -> uasbox.prj
    • [18-Precise AT] -> uascalib-<DATE>-<TIME>_<NUMBER>.log
    • [19-Classic AT Adjustment Report]  -> aat.log
    • [30-Output] -> uasbox.prj + uasbox.xpf + uasbox.pdf

    Please copy and attach these files, if they exist. Please send them to imaging_support@trimble.com.
