Aerial Photogrammetry in TBC (Mavic 3 Enterprise)

    Greetings! Community, are you able to process photogrammetry data from m3e in the trimble business center? Namely, not to count the exact centers of photographs, but to calculate point clouds and orthophotos? I use version 5.81, during import - all data from this drone is loaded, a data import report is generated, but when you click the "Equalize photo stations" button, a fast progress bar goes through and shows the message "failed to process". It is noteworthy that when you click the "show report" button, the error file itself is empty. But at this moment two files are being formed in the project directory - txt and xml, and now the txt file is empty. The xml file inside contains the following inscription:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>
    <UASProcessingResults RequestId="b1bd3605-db73-448f-bf14-671801ae9011" Status="Failure" TimeStamp="2023-02-15T16:03:07">

      <Report>
        <Message BackupText="No valid license was found." Code="RNoLicense" TimeStamp="2023-02-15T21:03:07"/>

    </UASProcessingResults>

    But this is strange, I bought a license, I thought that the problem was with this, I took a demo access for Trimble Business Center 5.81 on the second computer and tried to repeat it. Exactly the same result. Perhaps this forum can give me some advice on how to solve this problem?

    Hello Alexey,

    The release version 5.81 supports this drone. See release notes information:

    DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series UAS support - TBC supports the import and processing of photogrammetry data collected with the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series model M3E UAS using TBC's simple but powerful aerial photogrammetry workflow.

    This sounds like a specific TBC APM license issue. Please contact us at imaging_support@trimble.com with your license information to resolve this license issue.

    Hello,

    I have the same  issue with DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise RTK Series UAS ,  after press  an icon Adjust Photo Stations  appears the error mesage   "failed to process". Does it resolved anything in this case ? I have already active subscription Arial Survey, TBC 5.81
