    (This issue has been solved. An up to date graphics driver solved the issue.)


    I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times using Cleanup between installs. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to help, so please help...
    I'm hoping someone knows how to read this error log better than I can and can point me in a useful direction to correct whatever is causing the issue:

    Exception Count: 1
    Exception Source: Sde.NET
    Exception Type: System.AccessViolationException
    Exception Message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
    Exception Target Site: sde_GetVideoMemory

    had this happen with 5.81 i believe it is a Citrex workspace issue as it only happened when i was using remote access from home in my case had to go back to 5.62 when working from home

    Andrew, I am getting the same error since we moved offices, even the older version doesn't work. Have you found a solution to your issue?

    For me it was solved when I updated my graphic drivers.

    My go to if I see any read write access errors is to right click the launcher and hit run as administrator.
