Hello,
I purchased a SketchUp Pro annual subscription from Turkey. After the order confirmation email, I was instructed to submit an EEUC form due to regional export compliance. I completed and submitted the form.
However, I still cannot access the Pro features. The SketchUp desktop app shows a "Trial Expired" message, and when I log in at manage.trimble.com, I only see SketchUp Free in my products.
My credit card has also not been charged yet.
In addition, I am currently unable to access full support options on the Help Center since the system does not recognize my license as active.
I've attached the following screenshots for reference:

Can someone from the SketchUp team please confirm:
- Has my EEUC form been received and linked correctly?
- When can I expect my license to be activated?
- Is any further action needed from my side?
