There's a lot of decent information on here, however, I think the bug reporting element should be on the forum as opposed to Trimble's community forum statement
If there are TBC bugs or issues that need to be addressed, please first reach out to your local Trimble Authorized Dealer or communicate with a Trimble representative in a private message.
The above is a convoluted way to problem solve. (i get that some people struggle with appropriate communication, however, It's better for users to know of potential issues in a forum, (so that 50 people don't have to repeat the process to find out if there is an issue).
An option could be:
Potential bugs. (title goes into the bug forum area) but the message can be hidden by Trimble if it is for their business to resolve internally. If not, it might be other hardware/software causing the issue. If resolved, the answer can go up. If identified as a bug, it could be acknowledged as being actioned. If work arounds are available, they can be posted. This seems better than hiding potential issues.

Subject: Time to change the this community's name?
Has Trimble considered changing the name of this forum community to "TBC Bug Reporting"? From the looks of it that's all it is... Might as well drop the "Question" option for a "Thread Focus" too.
