Compatability with Windows 7

    I have a laptop that has Windows 7 (32 bit) OS on it. I'm having trouble downloading TBC from the internet. I have tried both Online Install and Full File Download and both don't seem to work. I'm wondering if TBC is not going to be compatible with this laptop.

    When trying to install from the Online download, it does download, but it finishes early each time and says: "Install Shield Wizard wizard completed. The wizard was interrupted before Trimble Business Center could be completely installed." No exaplanation.

    Hi Andrew,

    Starting from TBC v5.21 Windows 7 is no longer supported. If you wish to us that version of Windows you will need to install an earlier version than this.

    In addition to Windows 7 no longer being supported, TBC is a 64 bit application. You won't be able to install a 64 bit application on a 32 bit OS.
