Any ideas how to resolve the following in composite surfaces.

(i.e. the imaginary line breaking the surfaces).  that surface "breakline" doesn't exist anywhere.

Separate surfaces are all fine as independents, but composite is causing some problems.

Merge isn't an option here, so I'll look at another solution in the interim.

In the mean time, could export all those surface as a DXF and re-import DXF and create new surface from all those 3D lines.  It seems as if there is a hidden line somewhere in that surface.
