Hello everbody!

I'm having this issue and it started after 2024-04-24 that files from the field are not showing up in the command Connected Workspace in TBC, anybody else having this issue?

We're working in the European server.

Question for Trimble, is there

something wrong with the server or is it a setting that needs to be changed from our end?

I can find the files in Trimble Connect and download them from there and import them into TBC.

It works for me but some times I need to back out of the project in Connected Workspace and go back in to get all my new job.

Might be worth testing...

I've tried logging out and in TBC, used the command Connected Workspace no success. Tried the sync icon inside of Connected Workspace no success.

I can see the job files in Trimble Connect and in Trimble Syns manager. See pictures.
