Connectivity error between WorksOS and TBC

    Now I have an issue about the connectivity between WOS and TBC.
    I can't see the WOS accounts and project list in TBC.
    I'm using TBC v5.81.

    Sorry I have only Japanese.
    I clicked the WOS icon in "Publish the dete" and it said "the error occurs when it's connected to WOS."

    And I could use this feature last month, so I think the system maintenance causes this issue.

    If someone has same issue, please post to this thread.
    In Japan, my colleagues have same.

    I cannot see your screenshot, but I had similar issue few months back.
    Out Sitech/Trimble representative helped me by recommending increasing Timeout time when connecting to Works OS.

    Thanks Marian-san,

    Now this issue is solved.
    I think there is some change in WOS server or something.

    Thanks for your addvice and I'll try it if another issue is ocurred.
