Sorry for delay Karsten.
The bug is 3.1.5 does not populate the approximate xyz location in the RINEX file header. 3.1.4 does populate approximate xyz location in the RINEX header.

Thank you UAS USGS for the information.
I wasted most of the Sunday trying to install TBC which I was told will fix my issue of missing dependencies. Turns out I couldn't install TBC because Coordinate System Manager didn't create the folder C:\ProgramData\Trimble\GeoData. The crazy part is that I'm on Win10 64 bit but it turns out only the 32 bit version (csm_3.10.1.0_x86) will work. Using the file csm_3.10.1.0_x64 will run the installation but the necessary folder won't be created. As soon as CSM was running properly the RINEX converter worked too. What a mess!
"I found a bug in 3.1.5 " can you describe the bug you found? I'm also converting R2 data.

@Karsten Maier I believe this error is because you need to also install the "core" Trimble stuff for Convert to RINEX to run. I believe I just verified the problem will be resolved if you install the Trimble Office Configuration Utility
https://tbcrelease.blob.core.windows.net/update/config/24.10.22/TrimbleCFGUpdate.exe
3.1.4 is definitely the version you want. I found a bug in 3.1.5 while trying to convert my t02 files from my Trimble R2. But, if you want 3.1.5, here is a download:
https://trl.trimble.com/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-1073640/convertToRinexv3.15.0.msi
The Convert To RINEX PDF is here which contains the download link:
https://trl.trimble.com/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-1051259/
My copy of 3.1.5 threw the same error as you. I installed Trimble Office Configuration Utility and successfully opened and converted a T02 file.

Not OP but I get the following message:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at trimble.rinex.CfileConversionInfo.get_antennaType()
I ran Trimble Office Configuration Utility to get the latest antenna files but it doesn't help on Win10. Running as administrator doesn't change anything. Compatibility mode (Win7) doesn't help.
I have a feeling it's a C:\ProgramData\Trimble access problem

Subject: Convert .t02 to RINEX
Hello,
I need to convert at Trimble t.02 file to RINEX files. These are for a PPK drone flight. This is not for OPUS or other GNSS processing. I need the actual associated .o .n and .g files. I found an old Convert To RINEX 3.1.4.0 utility on Trimble's website but it throws an error any time I try to open a .t02 file in it. The only other thing I see on Trimble's website is the GNSS processor, which doesn't give the RINEX file. Can this be done in Trimble Business Center or with any other Trimble or non-Trimble tools, either free or otherwise?
Thanks.
