ConvertToRinex 3.14.0 command line problem

    I cannot succeed to convert a T02 file into a rinex 3.04. With the interface no rpoblem but when I try with command line in interactive mode, the option convertToRinex.exe .\RAWTrimble.T02  -v 3.04 seems to not be interpreted while the options "-r" "-o" "-ag" are working well.
    I tried also with a param file, but no parameters are taken into account. 

    My param file looks like this :
    Observer = "Bloup"
    RinexVersion = 3.04

    And my command line is :
    convertToRinex.exe .\RAWTrimble.T02  .\Param.txt

    Does someone can help me ?

    I found the solution ! I thonk it is related to the french decimal separator. With a "3,04" it is working now.

    Hello, do you know of a list of ConvertToRinex command line operations anywhere online?  I found a very old set of "release notes" from 2004.  That may be the best thing out there?
