Copy from excel to Instruction Station/Offset

    I'm trying to copy the data from excel to Instruction Station/Offset table. I get wrong offset numbers after comma. Is it something wrong with software or i do something wrong? Picture attached.

    From the picture I can not tell very well.  Does the offset in Excel have a comma?
