In the screenshot of the 3D view reproduced below, there are some points (Vertices) with a Zero value.

I think it is possible to edit (at least delete) in the 3D View. I have done before but forgotten the steps.

Could someone help me.

The data is at a '0' elevation. Change it to undefined under "Change elevation" command or manually change it to a '?' elevation instead of a '0'
