The export won't be causing the points to disappear. My guess would be that something has happened to the data in your TBC project (perhaps you have deleted a station setup point or similar) which has caused all the points coordinates to become null. This issue is showing up after the export because the project has been recomputed. If you have a backup of your project try opening it and then recompute it (F4). Do the points disappear? Unfortunately without knowing exactly what was done that made the point disappear, it can to difficult to fix. Often it is easier to recreate the TBC project by reimport the data.

What export format are you using or have you created a custom format? If it is a custom format, go into the Export format editor to check it. Make sure you have the right delimiter type or field spacing, data type and export records. Also perhaps try opening the file in text editor like Notepad++. If you are unable to work out what is wrong perhaps talk to you local Trimble dealer.
