Error importing JOB files

  • 1.  Error importing JOB files

    I am having issues importing JOB files from an SX10 with scan data into TBC version 2024.10. The error message says its a conversion issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Charles,

    It looks like this might be related to the current job converters installed on your machine. TA had a release after TBC's latest updated. Try running the check for updates command in TBC. You might see an update available for "Trimble Remote Device Manager".

    You might have to update your office software: go to Software and utilities

    and download and install the latest Office software for TA 2024:
