Error in Surface

I started with an AutoCAD file in 2D.

Imported the CAD file to TBC. Assigned elevations to various polylines and converted them as Linestrings.

I created a surface with these line strings. Did some editing to remove all values with a Zero elevation. Updated the surface.

While all the data looks good, The profile sections and Contours are not as expected.

    The concerned file is attached.

Am I missing something? Could someone help please.

    Thanks.

It's the usual. Lines/vertices on top of and breaklines crossing each other.

Breaklines must not cross each other. Breaklines or vertices must not be at the same horizontal position at different elevations.

You'll have to shorten the upper lines. Remove the overhanging crossing part, and probably offset some lines 1-2 mm.

And your arcs seem to have inherited a user coordinate system from somewhere and don't properly connect to the other linework.

You'll probably have to reenter them. The _ConvertToLineString Macro does have an option to remove UCS, but the result is probably not usable.
Reentering is probably faster and more accurate.

@Ronny Schneider Exporting as DXF (rr 12da) and reimporting should remove UCS.
