Error when trying to classify any point cloud

    Hello

    When we try to classify any point cloud, we receive this error message. We are using TBC v. 2024.1

    Please need help, we have some jobs being held by this error.

    Hi Juan,

    Trimble Support will generally not respond here. You need to contact your dealer, who will contact Trimble if they can't answer you directly.

    I already contacted our dealer, but so far no answer. I kept asking for an update on the ticket but not response from Cansel.
