From Civil3D to TBC to Earthworks Workflow

In an effort to always improve the deliverable, I am now looking to get my Horizontal Alignments from Civil3D onto Siteworks and Earthworks so we have an easily determined Station/Offset amongst all personnel on the job site. This has led to some headaches due to workflow changes and my limited "Site and Field" license.

My current simplified work flow is as follows: Using Civil3D to export my .xml surfaces to TBC. In TBC, I export my .ttm surfaces to Siteworks. Combine that with my .dc and .xml grader lines in Siteworks and I'm cooking with gas. Once I check my surface and project in Siteworks on my handheld with Rover, I then export it to our graders which use Earthworks. All is well in the world.

Adding multiple horizontal alignments has been the new challege. I have attempted to export a road surface using TBC to no avail. It also seems per our tech support that the .pro file is not compatable with Earthworks. My attempt to export an RXL alignment is not allowed with my current "Site and Field" license. The corridor features are unnecessary help considering I design the road in Civil3D and look to only export a horizontal Alignment. I already have my surface.

So far this program has been pretty user friendly and handly. What is a good workflow that will allow me to get my horizontal alignments, surfaces, and grader lines to Earthworks using my current license? If I need to upgrade my license, that's also fine but would still like a workflow to get my alignments in the graders and handheld.

Thanks a ton for your time.

If your data collector is using siteworks and machines are earthworks then send all the alignments/surfaces/corridor surfaces/linework/points and such as a .VCL file sir.
