Hello,
Can someone give me the low down on global vs local coordinates in TBC?
Sometimes they are the same, sometimes they are different.
Sometimes the global coordinate will produce a grid value in state plane but not the local, other times they both will.
I have a really hard time understanding when to submit a lat/long coordinate as global or local and what the two really mean relative to each other and just generally how the TBC processing engine handles both of them.
