I am a geomatic student working on my project related to RTK surveying. May I ask how can I obtain the coordinate and elevation value in every epoch I collected from my RTK survey? I collected the data using R12 trimble, and set the time interval to 1 sec in 8 hours collection, that means there would be around 25000 epoch. 

In short either "force continuous" during import, or afterwards. And in project settings set under baseline processing "store continuous as trajectory" to no.

You'll need the raw data from the base station.

Are you mixing up terms?  An RTK survey by definition is real-time.  The rover of your RTK survey is recording only one position relative to your base receiver (when you press store) and not raw observations unless it was set to record as RTK+logging.

You can extract positional information from a T02 file using the utilities on this website https://trimbletools.com/

It will create KML and position statics as well.

Usually I only go there to look up antenna dimensions.

Never had to extract position information from a T0x. Either it's stored in Access or the T02 is going into base line processing.

Out of curiosity, is the elevation in the output already reduced to pole tip, or is it APC (antenna phase center) or antenna mount?

I believe it's only APC

You can also convert to KML in the receiver in the data file menu
