How can I export to a LAS file with different zones for manholes only, and then import that LAS file with the zones categorized when I import it?

If you need to categorize manually then select some points.

Afterwards use

Once that's done, go to the point cloud regions in the project explorer and make sure that each region has its own, unique classification number. Otherwise TBC will combine them into one region again during import.
