Yea. Just update TBC and you'll be good to go. Make sure the "office updates" are being updated as well.

That's a good point. It looks like your TA file is 2025.20 while your TBC's converter is 2025.10. So there's files to update in TBC.

I have seen this error many times and its always been because the office software was not as updated as the field software (office software can open older stuff, but with newer stuff, it throws this code)
BTW I notice on the error code itself the 2025.10 and the 2025.20. I think this shows that your software isn't synchronized to 2025.20
I saw this error this week and our Trimble Access on our data collectors was updated to 2025.21 but our office TBC was 2025.20.
Here's a workaround that should work:
Convert your Job file to a JXL in your data collector or field software, and then drop that into TBC.
I have seen this work a few times, even if the update issue is occurring.
