Make sure the PDF file name does not have special characters, and the file name is not extremely long.

I help troubleshoot and manage TBC for my organization. I have noticed a trend with PDF's and the latest version of TBC. Sometimes the pdf will not open and throw a file path not found error. Even from a desktop and a small character path. Additionally when vectorizing pdf data an indiscriminate scale and shift will occur upon completion. I have told all of the users to revert back to 2023.11 which does not have this issue.
